Enrolment
If you would like to participate as a patient, we first need to assess your eligibility and this can be done in one of two ways. We can assess you in our Centre for Personalised Immunology Clinic in Canberra, and here we would provide a formal medical consultation. We would provide you with information about the Centre, and also report on our assessment of your condition to your referring doctor. This option would require a referral from your GP or specialist to Professor Matthew Cook, Department of Immunology. If you live outside Canberra, we can consider teleconsultations.
The second option is that we can to discuss your condition and the centre with you outside of a medical consultation. In this case, we would provide you with information about the study and subsequently determine your eligibility. If you would like to proceed according to this option, please complete the contact details below and we will provide you with further information.
You can also assist our research as a healthy blood donor. In many of our studies, we compare white blood cells of healthy people to those from people with immune disease. To do this we need blood samples from healthy donors. If you would like to enrol in this program, please contact us using the button below.

We cannot always know in advance how quickly research findings will translate into improved treatments. We do know it will get faster with more resources to build the process across diseases.
